Interactive digital signage at the service of the Techinnov visitor experience

For Techinnov 2018, Touchify and its partner APLUS-SA worked hand in hand with Proximum, the organiser of the event, to improve the visitor experience with interactive information and wayfinding kiosks.

Improving the visitor experience

The goal of this partnership was to improve the experience of the show's visitors. At an event of this kind, visitors are flooded with information, and it is sometimes difficult to find your way around and to plan your day around the workshops, talks and meetings on offer.

Touch kiosks installed at strategic locations can be a real help to visitors throughout their day. They can provide information about the programme of activities, talks and workshops. They can also guide visitors by offering dynamic, interactive maps of the venue.

Visitors have at their disposal a self-service, automated information point that gives them the right information at the right time. The interactive dimension lets users navigate through the content to find quickly whatever they are looking for.

An impact on the image of the event

Techinnov is an event centred on innovation and new technologies. Aligning its image with those themes therefore matters: it has to be connected and to exude modernity and innovation.
